Elevated Mind Retreats in the Netherlands offers deeply supported in-person psilocybin retreats with small groups — averaging eight participants — to allow personal attention and space for inner exploration. Retreat formats include mixed groups, Women’s Editions, and private retreats for couples or small groups of friends (1–4 participants). Special editions such as the Advanced Edition and Signature Deluxe Edition provide tailored options for those seeking a more exclusive or expanded experience. Daily breathwork, trust-building exercises outdoors, inner child work, and reflective integration moments are core elements. Additional practices such as cacao rituals and optional ice baths may be included to deepen connection, courage, and emotional release. Healthy meals and en-suite accommodation are provided, allowing full focus on the inner journey.

Safety

Pre-retreat screening through intake forms and personal calls carefully records
contraindications, honours participant readiness, and ensures that only those
prepared for the experience are confirmed. The retreat structure emphasises
grounding, trust, and emotional safety, with continuous facilitator presence during
ceremonies and overnight. The environment remains calm, attentive, and non-
judgmental, supporting participants to navigate the experience at their own pace.
Retreats feature both a gentle microdosing ritual and a full-dose psilocybin ceremony
using legally cultivated truffles, guided by experienced facilitators present
throughout.

Care Pathway

Support begins before arrival with personalised intake, intention-setting, and the first
steps of the Reset Life Method — a structured process designed to help participants
recognise and soften limiting beliefs while building inner trust. Participants receive a
comprehensive Participant Guide to support preparation. During the three-day
retreat, participants move through a guided journey of preparation, ceremony, and
integration. Post-retreat support includes a facilitated online integration call, the
Integration Guide, playlists, and breathing exercises to help anchor insights into
daily life and foster lasting shifts in perspective and personal growth.
