Odin Pepper Verified

Psychotherapeutic practitioner and somatic guide working with mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy (Hakomi) and psychedelic-informed preparation and integration.

Provider type Psychologist
Location Netherlands

Odin Pepper is a psychotherapeutic practitioner and somatic guide working with mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy (Hakomi) and psychedelic-informed preparation and integration.

His work supports clients in gently exploring unconscious patterns through present-moment awareness, bodily experience, and relational attunement. Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, the emphasis is on creating the conditions in which insight, regulation, and meaningful shifts can gradually emerge.

Odin works in a trauma-informed, body-centered way, with careful attention to pacing, consent, and nervous system regulation. His approach is calm, grounded, and exploratory, offering a supportive therapeutic container in which clients can develop a more embodied relationship with themselves and their inner experience.

Services

Somatic Therapy (Hakomi-based)
Individual sessions based on Hakomi, a mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy that supports awareness of unconscious patterns through gentle, body-centered exploration within a safe and attuned therapeutic relationship.

Psychedelic-Informed Therapy & Integration
Offered as individual sessions or as a structured package. This work may include preparation for a psychedelic experience, guidance and support during the experience itself (where appropriate and legally permitted), and integration sessions afterward.

The emphasis is on careful screening, clear boundaries, nervous system regulation, and supporting clients in making sense of and integrating their experiences into everyday life in a grounded and meaningful way.

Guided Breathwork
Breath-based sessions offered as a standalone exploration or as supportive work for emotional regulation, embodiment, and nervous system awareness.

Sessions are available for adults, offered in person in Amsterdam and online.

Safety

Odin Pepper describes himself as a certified psychedelic facilitator with more than five years of experience and having supported over 700 individuals through non-ordinary state experiences, in group and one-to-one settings.
He emphasizes a “grounded, calm presence” and a “safe container” for therapy or psychedelic-informed work, paying attention to somatic, psychological, and ethical considerations rather than purely cognitive or introspective methods.
His approach integrates body-awareness, mindfulness, and somatic interventions to help clients gently explore and shift unconscious patterns.

Care pathway

Work together begins with an introductory call to explore your background, intentions, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

After intake and screening — including relevant mental and physical health considerations — a collaborative care pathway is discussed. This may include somatic therapy sessions, breathwork, or psychedelic-informed preparation and integration, depending on your needs and suitability.

All work proceeds at a pace that supports safety, consent, and integration into everyday life.
